In 1996, I had read a study that was completed by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, 29% of business owner said availability of credit is among their most serious concerns. Also, the CFIB study on credit and credit conditions in small and mid-size business sector noted that in the years between 1987 & 1996 business loan applications had dropped by 12%. It was further noted in that same study that Canada on average 11.1% of formal loan requests were turned down, that is a 2% increase from 1996 & there were many businesses closing.

That is what made me decide to get involved with the funding business, upon completing my computer, financing & business courses, myself & my wife (Diana) signed on the American Cash Flow Association completing our Diversified Cash Flow Specialist Training Program. Now in 1997 we were ready to start my own Diversified Cash Flow Business. We have access to a Larger Data Base of Funders with access to millions of dollars.
